Shipping policy
1. Processing Time All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
2. Domestic Shipping (United States)

- Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days)
Rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination.
3. International Shipping We ship to select countries worldwide, including across the European Union.
Estimated delivery times:
- Western EU (FR, DE, BE, NL, IE, AT, LU): 7–14 business days
- Southern EU (ES, PT, IT, GR, CY, MT): 10–16 business days
- Nordic/Baltic (DK, FI, SE, EE, LV, LT): 10–16 business days
- Eastern EU (PL, CZ, SK, HU, RO, BG, SI, HR): 12–18 business days
- All other international destinations: 10–21 business days
4. Customs, Duties & Taxes International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping rates. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information.
5. Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
6. Lost or Delayed Packages If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at updosbyjocelyn@gmail.com and we'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
7. Incorrect Address Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly provided address. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at updosbyjocelyn@gmail.com — we'll do our best to correct it before the order ships.
