We want you to love your mannequin head purchase! Because our mannequin heads are professional educational products made with 100% human hair, please review our return policy carefully before purchasing.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused items in their original condition and packaging.

To qualify for a return:

  • The mannequin head must be unused and unaltered
  • Hair cannot be washed, cut, colored, toned, heat styled, or chemically processed
  • Original packaging and accessories must be included
  • Item must be free from odors, stains, makeup, or product buildup

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of human hair products, we cannot accept returns on mannequin heads that have been:

  • Styled or brushed extensively
  • Curled, straightened, crimped, or heat styled
  • Colored, toned, or chemically processed
  • Cut or altered in any way
  • Used for classes, practice, salon work, or photography

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and product so we can make it right.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the item has been received and inspected. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If approved, you may place a new order after your return is processed.

Final Sale

All sale items, custom orders, and promotional purchases are final sale.

 

EU Customers — Right of Withdrawal If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, contact us at updosbyjocelyn@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unaltered, and in their original condition. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

Please note: The right of withdrawal does not apply to items that have been styled, heat-styled, colored, cut, or otherwise used.
